"New mother JENNIFER LOPEZ is planning to compete in a triathlon in six months. Lopez gave birth to twins Emme and Max on 22 February (08) and is already focusing on taking part in the endurance sports event, in which participants swim, cycle and run, later this year (08).
She reveals her intention in an exclusive new People Magazine, prompting journalist Peter Castro to ask her when she plans to enter a triathlon. She replies, "Probably in October, September/October... I want my babies to be proud of me." The singer/actress has rehired celebrity trainer Gunnar Peterson to help her get in shape for the gruelling challenge.
Jennifer Lopez’s new pop album Brave is set for release on October 9th on Epic Records. This is Jennifer’s sixth studio album and her second release this year. Her first all-Spanish album Como Ama Una Mujer was released in March; it zoomed straight to #1 on Billboard's Latin Album chart (where it stayed for 4 weeks) while also making a remarkable #10 debut on the Billboard Top 200 Album chart. This made history as the highest sales of a Spanish album debut. Como Ama Una Mujer has already sold 800,000 copies worldwide.
